The particular feature of the high-rise building is that in its horizontal projection it consists of four vertical individual structures which can be directly lit by natural light on three sides. The development is located in the central area. To play with the height of the building and reduce its austere appearance, the building is divided horizontally through the middle. The lower and upper section of the enclosed parapet areas is alternately light grey and anthracite. This results in a horizontally partitioned banner façade that is combined with equally formed façade elements into a meandering façade banner. The back-standing windows are drawn together formally with striking coloured surfaces in the non-transparent areas into banners. This results in a unique "façade image" the likes of which have not been seen before in Moscow.
