The site on which the hotel is to be realized is located on the banks of the river Danube opposite Tuttlingen Guildhall. The distinctive triangular shape of the building develops from its urban setting. The ground floor comprises general function areas such as the reception, restaurant, bar and kitchen, along with conference rooms. The central element of the front lobby is a glass-roofed open-plan atrium which extends over four storeys, generously providing the interior with daylight. The hotel rooms are arranged over three storeys around this atrium with views of the guildhall, the Danube and the Leutenberg. In addition, hotel suites with roof terraces and a fitness and sauna area are located on the top floor.
