born 1957, studied architecture at the Fridericiana University at Karlsruhe. 1986-1993 at Behnisch & Partner, Stuttgart. 1990-1992 and 1996-2001 lectureship at the University of Stuttgart. Since 2000 competition adjudicator. Member of the VfA and member of the Council for Building Culture at the German Cultural Council. Founder member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Executive Partner of 4a Architekten GmbH.

Andreas Ditschuneit

born 1964, studied architecture at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. Worked from 1993 -2000 at Behnisch & Partner, Stuttgart and from 2001-2006 at Wulf & Partner, Stuttgart. Has been managing projects at 4a Architekten since 2007, since 2014 Managing Director of 4a Architekten GmbH. From the end of 2018 Executive Partner of 4a Architekten GmbH.

Ernst Ulrich Tillmanns

born 1956, studied architecture at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. 1986-1991 at Behnisch & Partner Stuttgart. Member of the IAB Internationale Akademie für Bäder-, Sport- und Freizeitbauten e.V. and IAKS Internationale Vereinigung Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen e.V. Martin Reimer

born 1979, studied architecture at the Technical University of Stuttgart. Since 2006 associate of 4a Architekten specializing in redevelopment and modernization. Since 2012 Managing Director of 4a Architekten GmbH, responsible for the digitalization of the company. Member of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für das Badewesen e. V. (DGfdB).
