The site is located near the "old" vocational college for girls in a part of the local park on the northern outskirts of Kirchberg. The new school building is positioned on the southern boundary of the plot, providing adequate space for a generous schoolyard with an open flank onto the park. The large trees remain intact and have been integrated into the design in the area of the school garden and the outdoor terrace of the refectory. The compact, square-shaped structure of the building provides clarity and ease of orientation within its interior. The inner hall, designed in the form of an inner courtyard in the central area of the building with natural overhead light, can be used for a variety of community activities and provides space for lively school life.
