In the context of the redevelopment of the Mineralbad Berg (completion 10/2020), a new building for outdoor catering in the park was planned. The existing two-storey building with a hipped roof no longer complies with the technical regulations and will be replaced by a new building with a flat roof. This will include a serving area with a counter, kitchen and ancillary rooms for technical equipment and storage, as well as staff rooms and sanitary facilities for visitors. The terrace area in front offers a beautiful view of the park and the mineral baths with outdoor pool.In terms of design, the outdoor restaurant picks up on the colour and material scheme of the main building in the entrance area: Shimmering blue mosaic stones and a green roof connect the clearly designed structure with the main building and create a reference to the outdoor space.
