On 22 March 2021, the city council of Bad Dürkheim voted by a large majority in favour of the construction of the new spa as an extension of the Salinarium - now the project is going into the realisation phase with the official ground-breaking ceremony. In addition to Minister President Malu Dreyer and Lord Mayor Christoph Glogger, Ernst Ulrich Tillmanns will also speak at the event and present the project from an architectural perspective.
