25 years of 4a Architekten - a good time to pause and have a look back. That’s just what we did, or to be precise, that’s what Wolfgang Bachmann, former chief editor and publisher of the architecture magazine ‘Baumeister’, has done for us. With his experienced view from outside he has taken a close look at numerous projects realised by 4a and commented on our work in an expert, critical and humorous way. The authors Vladimir Kaminer and Simone Voigt and the historian of architecture Frank R. Werner have also had their say - and of course everything is highlighted with numerous photos and plans of selected projects.
The book is published by Park Books and is available in bookstores from August 2015.
