Under the motto “Dynamics” a two-day specialist programme for experts and other interested parties is offered at the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects in Düsseldorf, finishing with the “Swimming Pool of the Year 2015” award. Speakers from the fields of architecture, handicraft and industry give practice-oriented lectures on the specific challenges posed in the planning, construction and operation of swimming pools. At the third SCHOMBURG Swimming Bath Forum, Matthias Burkart explains how atmosphere can be created in swimming pools through the optimum interplay of space, colour, material and light.
