From October 6 to 8, 2026, 4a Architekten will be exhibiting at interbad in Stuttgart. The focus will be on discussing sustainable solutions in swimming pool construction – with building owners, municipalities, specialist planners, partners, and interested parties.

You’ll find us in Hall 1, Booth 1M31.

In addition, 4a Architekten will present three lectures at the interbad forum. Topics range from a demountable indoor pool using modular timber construction to expansion projects in existing facilities and energy-self-sufficient pool concepts. The AQUABOX Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, the Salinarium Bad Dürkheim Therme, and the Oppenheim Indoor Swimming Pool will be presented.

On Tuesday, October 6, Ernst Ulrich Tillmanns and Joachim Maier will speak about the AQUABOX Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, a demountable and relocatable indoor swimming pool built using modular timber construction. Also on Tuesday, Ernst Ulrich Tillmanns will present the topic of expanding existing facilities using the Salinarium Thermal Spa in Bad Dürkheim as an example. On Thursday, October 8, Andreas Ditschuneit will provide insights into the Oppenheim Indoor Swimming Pool and its energy-self-sufficient concept.
